How long does it take to ship my order ?

Canada Post can have varying delivery times. We offer same day shipping on orders paid before 2:00 PM EST from Monday to Friday. If your order is paid after 2:00 PM EST it will still be packed and shipped the following day. If you require faster shipping, please select from our other shipping options such as Xpresspost OR Priority Shipping.

Do you offer returns ?

Here are Premium Kratom Canada, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If there are any issues with your product, you may return it whether it is opened or unopened within 30 days of your order. Please contact us at [email protected] with your order number or via our Contact Us page and we will be happy to assist you.

How can I make sure you offer high quality kratom?

Here at Premium Kratom Canada, we source our kratom only from trusted vendors directly from family owned farms in Indonesia. We work closely with our vendors to ensure the best quality product to our customers. All of our products are tested for heavy metals, impurities, pesticides as well as the percentage in the alkaloid content.

For the moment, we only offer shipping to Canada.

We have a distribution center in Quebec, Canada.

Do you offer tracking with every order ?

Yes! You will receive a tracking number with every order as soon as the order has been marked as completed. You can also check your tracking number by visiting your account order page. You will be able to track your package via the Canada Post website.

How is my information kept safe?

We take our customer privacy very seriously. Our website is protected with an SSL certificate that encrypts all customer data!

How is my order packaged?

Your order will be packaged with care and discretion. Our packaging will ensure your order will arrive in excellent condition for quality and freshness.

Orders Placed on Friday & Weekend

If you have placed an order on a Friday or during the weekend, it will be sent out on Monday morning first thing. We do this to ensure freshness and quality of our product because if we drop it off Friday afternoon or on the weekend, it will be sitting at a Canada Post Facility over the weekend and we prefer to not have it sit there over the weekend to ensure quality and freshness of our product.
